BRITISH COUNCIL EXHIBITION (Main)
February 2024
To set the stage for his upcoming solo exhibition and immersive experience, “Revive Minds,” Dennis debuted his first exhibition, “The Evolving,” in collaboration with The British Council of Ghana on February 8th, 2024.
The exhibition showcased a diverse array of images, curated around themes of domestic animals and lifestyle, with a particular focus on capturing the essence of the 2021–2023 Aboakyire festival and the Afua Asantewaa Singathon—an ambitious attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest singing marathon.
Among the esteemed guests was Mrs. Elena Mylona, Deputy Development Director at the British High Commission, Ghana, whose honorable presence is encapsulated in the images as displayed.
Under the auspices of the British Council in Ghana, this event was meticulously orchestrated as part of their Creative Economy project. The British Council in Ghana specifies that this event was organized as part of their Creative Economy Initiative, which provides a venue for networking, market access, and showcasing for cultural and creatives alike.

“The International Women’s Day symposium” as organized by the GHACOE Women’s Ministry and took place in March 2023 with support from Elite Mentoring and Plan International, Canada.
As a guest speaker, this platform helped him in pushing his drive geared towards bridging the gender gap in the creative space and beyond. Furthermore, in line with the event’s aim to empower young women by enhancing their understanding of Innovation & Technology for Gender Equality.
Dennis is exceptionally grateful for the opportunity bestowed, and is eager to carry on Revive Minds’ mission of inspiring and empowering communities. He found this experience rather revitalizing, to see young women in attendance who were full of enthusiasm and zeal concerning topics discussed.

The passion driven pursuit of giving back to society includes Dennis’ revisit to his alma mater, Tema Secondary School (TEMASCO), to inspire the then-current students in their career endeavors.
Speaking on the topic “the Journey Now and Ahead”, he fervently underlined the value of academic distinction and quality while emphasizing how competitive today’s world is and the fact that only the most outstanding individuals emerge victorious which echoed the school’s motto of “Only The Best Wins.”
Dennis expresses his profound gratitude to the Executives of Tema Secondary School Alumni Association (TOSA) for extending the invitation. Notwithstanding, the values imbued by the modeling of the institution during his schooling years.

I was privileged to address the eager minds of Star Basic School on their career day, all thanks to the invitation from Kwadwo Africa Baah. Drawing from my own journey, I shared personal experiences and underscored the importance of exploring diverse career paths. I encouraged the students to pursue hobbies like photography, graphic design, painting, and cooking, recognising the potential for these passions to blossom into fulfilling careers.
It was an electric atmosphere, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of fulfillment. It’s moments like these that make me believe we have the power to rewrite history and guide our generation towards a brighter future!
Moments like these remind me of the transformative power we have to shape the narrative of our generation. By guiding and nurturing the aspirations of our youth, we hold the key to unlocking a brighter, more promising future for us all

Returning to Central University for the fourth time was yet another enriching experience. As a creative artist, I cherish every opportunity to contribute to the growth of knowledge and skills, and engaging with the final-year communication students was no exception.
Speaking on the topic “New Media Tools in Communication,” I was invigorated by the students’ active participation and enthusiasm throughout the session. Their eagerness to learn and explore new avenues of creativity was truly inspiring.
Being able to share my insights and expertise with such talented and motivated individuals is both an honour and a blessing. I am grateful for the opportunity extended by Dr. Denise Diana Duncan and her team, as well as for the support of my own team at COMME Lab.

I had the honour of leading discussions at the business symposium organised by the Business Club of Academic City on the topics “The Role of Creativity and Innovation in Enterprising” and “Foreseeing and Managing the Unintended by Startups.“. I highlighted the importance of partnerships in the entrepreneurial journey.
The engaging conversations and valuable insights shared by participants made the day truly memorable. Seeing the enthusiasm and inspiration in the room as new ideas and perspectives emerged was truly fulfilling.
I am humbled by the appreciation extended to me by the Business Club and its members. It was a privilege to share my expertise and passion for entrepreneurship with such a dynamic audience.
